- Kids can only fly if they are over 90cm tall from 7 y.o.
- Animals are NOT allowed during the activity.
- The final confirm of your flight is always communicated by mail the previous day by 18:00.
What is cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation from the passenger up to 48 hours before the flight.
- The flight can be canceled by us in case of: rain, strong wind, gusty wind, fog and thunderstorm. In this case you can ask for a full refund or reschedule the flight.
